Recently our sustainable buildings program was featured in the Dutch national newspaper Reformatorisch Dagblad. In his article, journalist Bart van den Dikkenberg reports about our thermochromic coating for smart windows. The development gained widespread media attention after our recent publication in the scientific journal Energies, where we reported the major energy and cost savings potential of our smart window. The newspaper article gives insight into the development of the smart window coating, the daily routine in our labs, the benefit of the new type of energy efficient window and future perspectives.
